Artist is attentive and has no problem communicating with the customer. I wanted the piece sooner than what standard delivery provided, and he provided a faster option (at additional cost) where he made sure he provided the status of drop off and tracking number. I received my pieces today and I am beyond happy! Perfect condition and signed!
